
In 1997 Dale started his own company Dale R Gibson Inc. He began helping struggling hospitals. In the beginning he went onsite and began steps to help turn around the operations. Later with the changes in online capabilities his company now can do everything online. Billing for facilities and finding incorrect areas and taking steps to make changes for improvement, ensures hospitals success. The company now handles contract reviews and meets with other areas within the hospital. For example, meeting with UR (utilization review) each day to help with patient service and best practice. Presently Dale performs several calls a month where he educates hospitals on the multitude of changes in Medicare and Managed Care programs and the billing requirements. One call has over 500 participants throughout numerous states participating.
